Westmount, Quebec – 09 May 2017: The headquarters of 2nd Division announced today that due to the deployment of personnel in support of flood relief efforts, they have no choice but to cancel the military displays that were due to take place in the Old Port of Montreal this coming Sunday 14 May 2017.
