Bertram, of Montreal; George W. Watts, Lt.-Col Lafergie, and A.G. Carnegie, Toronto, has been appointed to inquire into the feasibility of the manufacture of shells for the Canadian and British field artillery guns in Canada.\u00a0 On Tuesday last the commission assembled at Camp Valcartier and discussed the matter, but the result of their findings has not so far been made public.
