Price&#039;s Daughter"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b>Major-General C.B. Price\u2019s daughter<\/b>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dropbox.com\/s\/94nu622flid7u10\/Helen%20Perodeau.jpg\">Helen (Pooh) Perodeau<\/a> passed away on 15 January 2014. \u00a0Her father was the RMR\u2019s first Sergeant-Major, served in the RMR for the entire first World War (earning the DSO), commanded the Regiment twice, was the driving force behind getting the RMR it\u2019s armoury in Westmount, he became a division commander in WW2, was the RMR\u2019s Honorary Colonel for many years, and served as the President of Dominion Command, The Royal Canadian Legion. \u00a0Helen actually served with her father during WW2 in the Canadian Red Cross (overseas), which he headed up after retiring from active duty. \u00a0Our thoughts are with the family.<\/p>\n<p><em>Honi Soit Qui Mal Y Pense<\/em><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.royalmontrealregiment.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/Helen-Perodeau.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-7214 size-medium alignleft\" src=\"http:\/\/www.royalmontrealregiment.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/Helen-Perodeau-e1398187429837-300x247.jpg\" alt=\"Helen Perodeau\" width=\"300\" height=\"247\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_7215\" class=\"thumbnail wp-caption alignleft\" style=\"width: 150px\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.royalmontrealregiment.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/Price-Daughter-overseas-Red-Cross.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-7215 size-thumbnail\" src=\"http:\/\/www.royalmontrealregiment.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/Price-Daughter-overseas-Red-Cross-150x150.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"150\" height=\"150\" \/><\/a><figcaption class=\"caption wp-caption-text\">Price &amp; Daughter overseas Red Cross<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Major-General C.B.
